With tennis balls, therapy balls, dryer balls, anything spherical, this virtual workshop will offer 90 min of therapeutic self-massage.
From feet to head, we will use myofascial release techniques to create more space for more breath.
This practice will be a combination of guided therapeutic ball work and light stretching/yoga for tension release - leaving you feeling restored and spacious!
